    2. Installation Guidelines

    • Secure the controller to the chassis using the front-panel locking screws (torque to 0.8 N·m).
    • Connect peripheral devices (monitor, keyboard, network) only after mechanical installation is complete.

    • Do not operate the PXIe-8881 in environments with excessive dust or humidity (> 90% non-condensing).
    • Avoid static discharge (ESD) by wearing an anti-static wrist strap during handling.
